How many prompts do I get?
Watch tracks up to 10 buyer prompts; Command tracks up to 25. You enter them at signup, one per line, and every prompt is read weekly across all six engines with 3 trials each.
Can I change my prompts, competitors, or pages later?
Yes. Email hello@web-cited.com with the change and it takes effect at your next weekly reading. A swapped prompt starts its trend history over (different question, different denominator); the other prompts keep their history. Self-serve editing from your manage page is coming.
When does my first reading arrive?
Your first full reading lands within a week of signup: citation share for every prompt, the competitor landscape, and a prioritized fix list for your site. Weekly readings follow on the same weekday you subscribed.
What is a "good" citation share number?
It depends on your category and prompt breadth more than positioning does. A niche-tool prompt with 3 to 5 real competitors will show much higher share than a broad-category prompt with 50+ named brands. Watch your week-over-week delta - the direction matters more than the absolute number.
How do I cancel?
Click "Manage subscription" in any report email; Stripe handles the rest. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Reports already delivered stay accessible at their private URLs for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. We do not prorate partial months (TOS §4.8). For refunds on specific charges, email hello@web-cited.com - we handle those case by case.
What if my domain isn't cited at all?
The reading shows 0% citation share and lists every competitor that did get cited. Your first full reading already includes a prioritized fix list for your site, so you know exactly where to start; later readings show whether the fixes are landing.
Can I track multiple domains?
One subscription covers one domain with all its prompt slots. Track a second domain with a second subscription. For 3+ domains or agency use, email hello@web-cited.com for a custom quote.
Do you store my buyer prompt anywhere public?
No. Prompts are stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare KV and appear only in your private report URL and the operator-only admin dashboard. We never publish, share, or repurpose them.
Do you still sell one-time audits?
Citation Monitor's first reading includes the full report and fix list, so most teams no longer need a separate audit. If you specifically want a one-time engagement or a multi-brand portfolio audit, contact us for a custom quote.
